How To Make Easy Healthy Food – Let’s face it, folks: there are a lot of cookbooks out there. And honestly, there are tons of free recipes too (hello from this blog and many others!), so IMO, a cookbook should be worth a lot to not only consider buying, but to pick up. Increase space in my kitchen. Because as I get older I’m becoming more minimalist – but that’s another story. I want a book that is full of solid information, beautiful pictures, great recipes and smart content. And today I’m sharing a great new resource that checks all those boxes with a focus on easy healthy meals on a budget.

Just happens to be my favorite book out of the three. And not just because my kids appear in a few photos, wink. Here’s what you’ll find inside and why I love it:

When we got the book in the mail, he was so excited that he immediately started looking through it and creating recipes to make. In fact, I asked them to pick up a week’s worth of food for us for the next week, which was not only a fun process for them, but it crossed that chore off my list! We made the Easy Chinese Chicken as one of their selections, and it will be part of our regular rotation because it was so good!!!
