Decide on the total number of months that you’ve lived.
To begin changing your perspective on difficulties, count how many months you’ve lived (341 in my case) and compare that to how many months a 90-year-old has lived (1080 months).
Except for miraculous medical developments, everyone may envisage living to be ninety years old if they are positive and have the right mindset. In comparison to my current 28 years, those 90 years may feel like an eternity. But when I compare 341 months to the claimed 1080 months, the psychological difference between the two is smaller.
The desire to believe that I am living a shorter life than I really am has nothing to do with morbidity. As a result, I am able to see things more clearly since I am aware of how quickly things may change. The computation might be done in weeks, days, or even hours instead of months.
